Simple pleasures:

For each glass…

 

  • 1 sugar cube
  • Dash Angostura bitters
  • Dash of brandy
  • Champagne (cava)

Add the sugar cube in the bottom of a champagne flute, add a dash of Angostura bitters to cover the sugar and then add a dash of brandy. Top up with champagne (or cava) and enjoy!
